That's not how I read it. ...That's not how I read it. They are going to fix the maximum salary for teachers and you can imagine what that will be set at. So would you be happy for your kids to be taught by the cheapest expatriates they could find globally.
It's a good charter for the schools to increase their profits.

This is the Special Condition ...This is the Special Condition for Teacher who have been recruited from abroad and i dont think this is valid for Housewifes working as teachers in independent schools... any suggestions???
