Need some good n reasonable advise
A bank recently offered me for 25,000 Qatari Riyal. I'm planning to stay in an average one-room aprtment(full/partial furnish), buying a reasonable car, average eating-out and entertainment and sending some money to my wife and kids back home. Is the salary enough? Is there any tax imposed?

salary sounds enough, if your goal is to get by. But if you have long term plans to bring your family here someday, and maybe save money for a home, etc, AND if you can negotiate for more, then do so.
