you can make your own..
Baby shampoo and water..

1 part baby shampoo
5 to 10 parts water
Spray bottle or shampoo bottle to hold mixed solution

once mixed just spray or spread the mixture on the inside of your googles..

Hope it helps..

Just lick inside your goggles once you entered that water and that would be the most effective anti-fog you can get...and you won't run out of it. Been using that for years and never failed me, nor it even run out.

BTW, most of the goggles have anti-fog already in the lens. problem is that people tend to wipe inside, hence losing the functionality. next time, just rinse off in fresh water after use and let it dip dry.

my 2 cents worth.

It's not because things are difficult that we don't dare, it's because we don't dare that makes things difficult!

Actually it doesn't help you a lot to improve visibility.

As already said.... Spit in the inside and then quickly rinse. Thats what myself (and every other SCUBA diver) have been doing for years. The solutions are expensive! Spit is free.

I like the baby shampoo mix idea. Being of mature age I don't have any baby shampoo in the house. Will "Lynx woman catcher" shampoo do instead? Will I need more water as it's potent stuff?

Best anti-fog recipe for goggles is to pee in each eye hole, rub it in with your finger and then rinse with vinegar.

Been using the saliva (spit) method all my life diving. Never had an issue with it before. I have also seen divers using the baby shampoo mix before as well. I dont see the point when I have my own 24/7 endless supply in my mouth.
