hi everyone, greetings...is it possible to get a residence visa for a grandson who is just 16 month? i needs the residence visa and not visit visa because he has no one to take care of him in homeland since we are all living here in Qatar.
please advice....

the father is a soldier on ...the father is a soldier on mission and mother in school. his nanny passed on few weeks ago and he is with a friend now.
