Unfriendly Pearl Lounge
Some clubs in Qatar say they are exclusive. I say they are discriminating. I have been to The Pearl Lounge in Marriott once every week last year to unwind and enjoy the music but stopped going because early this year, management decided that Mondays which is supposed to be LADIES NIGHT is REGULAR MEMEBERs only! But I have seen Arabs/ Europeans/ Americans being allowed in without any question even though they are not regulars! So I asked how do you become a Regular Member? I already have an ID card membership? No answer. It is not right not to be allowed entry when you got a membership card! Whats the point of issuing one and then later on declining entry? They sure know how to ruin one's evening! oh well off to Crystal Lounge in W instead!

impolite welcome ...I condemn here the lady at the entrance counter of Marriot Pearl lounge; her attitude, way of talking and welcoming is so irritating and impolite, let alone an inviting smile, we went with our group and faced the awkward manner of this filipino lady unfortunately, so beware..
