QP Salary pay date
Hi all,
I am winging my way to Qatar in September (IA) and will be working for Qatar Petroleum.
I was hoping to find out what date every month they pay their staff and employees.
Is there anyone here that currently works for QP and are able to tell me what date i could expect to get paid every month. Would this be the same date regardless of what your position is within QP, whether that's a Doctor, Engineer or Teacher?
This is only as i have financial commitments in my home country like mortgages etc. and would need to transfer money accordingly to cover these.
Any advice or clarity you could give me would be really appreciated.

Heler ...It is stated in your contract the date of your salary...Settle your problem first before you come to qatar and why you need to borrow money and yet you are not yet started in your work???remember that you need to pass the probationay period of 3-6 months and you need to prove to the company that you are an assets to them...

Celling...mortgage is not ...Celling...mortgage is not borrowing money it's the monthly installment for owning a house in Canada or the states.
My husband works for QP and he gets paid on the 26th of each month.iam not sure if it's the same for all grades though.good luck

Thanks for your help. I assumed that the pay date would be towards the end of the month.
Celineg, as both Hannoud and Janetmt have stated, you misunderstood my question.

QP's pay date is on 27th or ...QP's pay date is on 27th or last Wednesday of each month whichever comes first, for all level of staff.

Y2mash, Im working with QP ...Y2mash, Im working with QP and we received our monthly salary usually 27th or 28th. So dont worry, you have plenty of time to send money back home.

Its paid across QP, ...Its paid across QP, irrespective of position, 27th you get Salary Slip, 28th is the actual credit in your Bank account which can be withdrawn.
If 27th falls on Friday or Saturday, salary is usually paid a day in advance.
