Simply you went to their facility to use it and the security at the mall refused to grant you entry. FF could simply move their equipment to another "ACCESSIBLE" place, in order to meet their term of the contract.

They have sent an email out ...They have sent an email out stating that you will not be charged for the closed period. And that if you have been inadvertently charged that they will refund you. Take it up with them, I'm sure they will be more helpful than QL.

Fitness First has no right to ...Fitness First has no right to charge for the period they remain closed. In fact they should compensate the members for the period they had to discontinue their regular routine when it reopens.

I've read some rants about stores, shops, restaurant etc, and read some advise/info from that store's supervisors or managers., so QL is still a help :D
