Nice and quiet neighborhoods near HMC

Hi there, I 'd appreciate some help on finding nice and quiet neighborhoods to live near HMC. I am impressed by the looks of the Pearl but it's too far away - I don't want to spend 60+ min a day on the road. Also, how about rent prices for 1-bedroom appartments? Thanks!

Both these compounds r 5 mins from HMC, N excellent.
U may find a 3 Bedroom Villa Near Qatar Foundation for 8000/-
