Dashboard in Excel and weekly report

hi guys,

i need help ... can some1 please let me know how to make a good weekly report can somebody please send me a format of good ones il be vry thankful...

i also want to know if some one knows how to prepare "dashboard in excel" i dont knw my slf abt it much bt if any1 can help me out
