courier of qatar embassy in Phils not DHL?
Help! FYI - DHL is NOT the official courier of qatar embassy anymore in the philippines - visa stamping etc..
Anybody here who knows the NEW official courier of qatar embassy in the philippines. It will be a great great help for me!

For processing of visa, you ...For processing of visa, you have to go thru an agency.

nelscruz It is not about ...nelscruz It is not about processing of visa. It's only authentication of the copy of the original Qatar visa. Agency has got nothing to do.DHL is the official courier of Qatar embassy in the Philippines to handle authentication of papers and door to door delivery.

ok..im still worried. I might again check... ...Hi all! thanks for all your reply. Im from Bacolod and I went to wwwexpress courier- they are affiliated with DHL. They said that the contract stopped as of june 26,2012.
I will try calling the DHL main office and inquire on this matter.

Qatar Embassy Philippines DHL ...FYI, DHL is no longer allowed to process documents in Qatar Embassy, new rule is to be done personally. I was given worker's visa to make it faster to work here in qatar, ( my agency sent my DFA authenticated here in my company here in qatar without informing me that it should be attested in Qatar Embassy). when i arrived here last Dec. nothing happened to my papers, I had a 2 weeks vacation last June 7 in the Phils and i went to my Agency, I gave them back my DFA auth docs for them to process it in the Qatar Embassy, they said they will do it, I arrived here in Qatar,contacted them last week and they informed me that Qatar Embassy is not allowing Agency or relatives even by DHL for the attesting of my Docs,my agency told me that new rule is to do it personally, sad to say i cant process my professional visa here for now. My agency branch here in qatar informed us with my colleague that POLO in Qatar is authorize to attest such DFA authenticated docs, I havent contacted POLO office yet, the phone number in the net i searched is not accesible.

jpa ...i have read the poea advisory 19-series 2012, what is mention there is for working visa it was not clearly mention all types of visa procedures.

thanks angler_01... ...thank you for the info. So I guess it will be more costly for most Filipinos now to process documents with Qatar Embassy here in the Phils. especially if from the province.

Authentication of Documents ...I have called the Qatar Embassy in Manila and they said that DHL is no longer connected to them. You may have your documents authenticated by hand delivery to this address:

ANd also, if your relatives will be doing it on your behalf, just provide an authorization letter. The processing time is 4 working days. I hope this helps..

hi! ...Do i still need to authenticate my documents to qatar embassy aside from the red ribbon it has?? or the red ribbon is enough?
