Newton BRITISH and newton LAGOON ONLY PLS

hi there
i know there have been tonnes and tonnes of negative comments about the Newton Schools...however due to our decideion to move to Doha only 4 weeks ago and this causing a lack of time to get into the better schools...wuold u please advise ONLY in relation to the above two campuses
about bullying and mismanagement and staff turnover and hiring of in experienced staff
however i need feedback and advice from parents of current children of NBS and LAGOON campuses ONLY
specifically a to

- bullying
- smoking - do children and teachers really smoke in school?
- my boys are 7 and 6 - will they be exposed?
- experince and turnover of teachers - are they all only 1 -2 years experience?
- another concern on mnay sites is that there are many arabs and therefore most of the day is spent briniging those kids up to speed? and does thelarge arab population have an effect on discipline? however i do know that sherborne too is 40% arabs so wouldnt it be the same case there?

i went to seeboth the NBS but could only get to reception an it seemed a tirred looking place...but people have positive comments about the school - could those parent pls elaborate?

the LAgoon campus of course has all the facilites - my concern bing the pool looked quite small - do doha college, Parkhouse etc have the same size pools - and they have secondry clsses too - so does a 25m pool suffice...

but an amazing campus is nothing if the teachers aren't experinced so feedback pls - i did mange to get past the Lagoon admissison staff (the school admissions staff in doha schools who are the most unfreindly mobs in schools than any place i have encountered) - and the head of primary spent a good 40 minutes out of his busy day to chat with me and the kids - which i thought was wodnerful - however I am hoping the staff are just as great with the kids too....
