Have someone here experienced backpacking (travel) with this itinerary... Thailand-Kuala Lumpur - Cambodia-Laos-Vietnam-Thailand via train? Me and my friends will be going on October :) (Wohoo!)
Can you please suggest some tips on what to see and where to stay? I've searched online but I still want to hear from you guys.

Yup, I've looked on the internet, but there might be some good finds (like cheap but nice accommodation or restaurants)that were not advertised on the net. :)
Just trying fishing some infos here :-P :D

Malaysia-Thailand-Laos ...i did this backpacking trip last december. the highlight of the trip was islands of southern Thailand. but it turned out that all the destinations were all highlight =)
