You are right mr_qatar. But ...You are right mr_qatar. But you need wasta to get a response and you're lucky enough to get one if ever you are a short listed applicant. I know some people recently hired.

Im working here NDIA project.. ................12 / 12 / 12...........very nice number !!
But on that day 100% the passenger still unable to use this new airport sure..!!! and definitely!!.now..we're all still working hard!! don't worry fellow! 2013 you will see for sure..^_^

If you are working there ...If you are working there maybe you can explain why there has been so many delays and the deadlines keep changing for years and years?

I met an engineer who is working there ...and he confirmed to me that the airport won't serve passengers by 12/12/12.. Staff might start moving there and some sections might open but it won't fully operate and serve passengers by that time. He said something like a Radar is scheduled to be installed by March 2013 and without that, no aircraft can use the airport..
This is not an official and confirmed information. It is just what that engineer told me
