contract termination
my friend was told by our management that his contract will be terminated w/in two weeks and they will send him to his country.that same day his pataka id expiring,his 3rd year working in the company..his contract is every 2yrs as agreed from their agency in his country but they did not give him any contract on his come back from vacation his supposed 3rd and 4th..he still wanted to work..what can he do..the company is not giving noc..
