Change process is not too long. for me it took 1 week. if all documents proper then no issue. You just need the naqalat kafalat form. get the old sponsor and new sponsor signatures. but first need to get a job.

try to widen your search and consider some big players in the country.

What i feel, fling is very new to qatar. Taking such rides are extremely dangerous when it comes for a single lady. in such cases always karwa is preferred. I have heard of about bad experiences of such incidents.
