Shifting a Dead Body
Death certificate issued by the Supreme Council of Health
Death Report issued by the Ministry of Public Health
'No Objection Certificate' (NOC) from Police to deliver the corpse for the concerned parties for burial (only in case the deceased passed away outside the hospital)
Original Passport of the deceased
Copy of the ID card for the recipient of the death certificate
Fees for issuing the permit (QR 10 to be paid electronically)

Death certificate is equally vital as birth certificate.
