VISA RUN

Hi, please give me any idea on this. My visa will expire on the 19th during the Eid. Can I do visa run only at the end of the month and I will just pay for the daily penalty from 19-30? And do you know any travel agency who provides visa run service?

My company will pay for it..If I do visa run to Bahrain, can I just buy a new visa there in Bahrain airport going back to Doha?
