Flour No1, Flour No2?????

Please help......
Can anyone tell me what flour No1 and flour No2 is? I assume one is self raising and one is plain.
I am baking bread and cannot justify 35 riyals for bread making flour in Megamart, is there any local alternative?

Flour #2 is without the husk and its also called Maida

If ...you want self-raising flour, add bicarbonate of soda or baking powder......my Mrs tells me.

As far as what I bought, I bought the Arabic Gold Medal brand, as I had an idea of what I was getting that way.
Nothing like a nice unexpected food surprise in a country with unfamiliar script to spice life up a bit (^^).
