Design and Print
Hello everybody..i need ur help..i have got a chance to design a logo for new company and may be the all stationary...and i don know how i can deal with the matter of money?? i dont know how much does it cost here in qatar...it is my first month in qatar and i don know how i can deal with that..so i need ur help plz...
on the other hand..if any one know good print shop here in qatar to print offset and outdoors..plz help me....thanx alot..

Hay GRX! it depends on the ...Hay GRX! it depends on the company, the logo should be charged separately and stationary separately. In my case i will range logo between $1400-$1500, and for stationary it would be $500.
For prin house i prefer to go for Al-Sharq or Modern Printinting Press but MPP is a bit expensive over Al Sharq and more over you need to pay advance (50%) & also packed with dates so Al Sharq could be a better option to spare time and also the cost but they produce Quality work.

price issue ...i think $1400 IS A BIT EXPENSIVE especially if you are a free lancer w/o portfolio. to start in this business you should sacrifice a little on money and get reputation first so i suggest 500 for a reputable co. and have your name printed as sponsored on their brochures, etcccc.

1400 bucks is way too ...1400 bucks is way too expensive, not even pro's charge that much. For me I usually charge around 350 riyals for a logo. The market rate is around 500 to 1000 riyals not more and I'm talking about the most expensive places in Qatar.
For Digital printing i recommend Fantom digital printing and for offset go to Jeneen printing press. They will give u a decent price, I worked in the field so I know what r the rates and who gives a good price.

Well i have gotten away ...Well i have gotten away with upto QR 15,000 for big companies and for small ones, QR 5,000 is fairly a standarb price. If the company is big then charge more and vice versa for the smaller companies. Afcourse thats considering ur work can back up how much u charge them. Remember not to sell urself out though, a lot of people will tell u that its way too much and stuff to bring down the price, stick to it, dont negotiate and ull be fine. They know that if they get this done from a company its gona cost 50& more
A whole branding package can get u quite a bit too. Stationary i would say around QR 1,000 - QR 2,000
