giving emphasize on the first action/words of the Libyan leader, but in the news, it says the "cold war" between the two leaders were already somehow buried by them later on! Which is which?

with all the developments on-going now in Libya, checking the influx of new contractors, most are western companies or known to be allied with the west. I might be working there and confirmed the "openness" of Libya nowadays! Very soon!
