Pending group subscription approvals
To those are waiting for approval into the QL FIL expatriates GROUP:
Please bear with me as I have just taken over this responsibility for just a few days now. I am trying to sort out each of your profiles.
You will get approved once I get a long free period (maybe this weekend).
However I urge you who will become members and most specially those who are already members of this group to be active in the group activities so as to keep alive the good camaraderie that has been started.
We are striving hard to come up with activities and gatherings and topics that will make our lives here in Qatar a bit more bearable and enjoyable.

New group administrators.... ...maybe during the meeting we can decide who can be additional admins for the group. The group started with 1 manager and 5 admins. Now there is only 1 manager and 2 admins.
I think we need to add a few more admins who would be capable to move as manager after I finish my hold over stint. :)
Any volunteers?
By the way we have already decided that admins will be Filipino expatriates only. Not to be racist but the name of the group tells it so. Although we have allowed subscription for any QL member we deemed worthy and not trolls - Pinoy expat or not... only Pinoy expatriates have voting rights on group decisions. OK?
(PS. TCOM, King Edshel, DaRuDe, and other non-Pinoys... I hope you continue to support the group and group activities)

inquery lang po! ...I was offered by a job at CCC - ras Laffan as a junior electrical engineer, my basic pay is 4500 QAR , it is my first time to work in oil and gas, i been to KSA , for 5 months and i havn't finish my contract,
i just want to know if its possible that i can bring their my wife and work as a PHYSICIAN or any other clinic in which she could find a job?
she been trying to apply at hamad as a residence but its tough to get in , hope 2009 she could take the entrance exam as a residence physician!

hi ...ezer1642g why not open a thread for this topic? para maraming makabasa. as far as i know, you can bring your wife and she could apply for work even if shes under husband sponsorship...but 4500 for a family to survive here? geez...thats very low bro.
