First 3 in the pics...4th is ...First 3 in the pics...4th is a sweet which I dont...:) Other than that sheesh tawook, kebabs, BBQ chicken. Until recently I used to like shawarma but a couple of days back saw this guy making it wipe his hands dripping with sweat on this apron and then touch the shawarma (and this is quite a known and recommended place). Didnt say anything there but threw it in the dustbin outside. Dont think I am gonna eat again unless I see someone preparing it using gloves, which though seems not possible.

Machbous(chicken or seafood) ...And musakhan..chicken! Those are my fav mains. Of mezza it's gotta b hummus and mutabel. Love Arabic food too!

Prism, using gloves doesnt ...Prism, using gloves doesnt mean hygiene as i saw with my eyes one of the cook which was working in some 5 stars restaurant which u wont doubt eating wht they cook, a bug was moving in his neck and while am in the kitchen to make sure all going alright n everything clean i saw him removing the bug from his neck n kept same gloves n continue cooking chicken..... nothing is clean n proper other than home food thats the point.
