personal training and nutrition

I heard of this place back home where you pay a monthly fee and they offer one-on-one strengh/cardio personal training together with customized nutritional counseling. They seem to be doing quite well (been in business for 20 years). I haven't seen anything like that here in Qatar. Do you think a place like this would do well here? I know I'd like to see it! I have had weight problems in the past but no where here can I find this combination in one place. Let me know what you think!
