HI ALL,
CAN ANYBODY FROM QATARLIVING LET ME KNOW ABOUT HP SOLUTION CENTER HERE IN DOHA? I WOULD BE GRATEFUL. I HAVE PROBLEM WITH hp scanjet 2400 and am trying to find it out.

redington Qatar | Toshiba | Acer | HP ...one of the worst service center for PCs/Notebooks ... I came across ... next time i will go for DELL ... now i know why dell is famous ... what count is after sale services .. how companies treat us ...
in redington Qatar ( Toshiba | Acer | HP ) ... 3 days only 2 check a problem ... im thinking how much time it will take to fix it ... i buy notebook so that i have it every where ... not to stay in service center ...

its indeed a worst option ...Even i had the same experience, just drop your laptop over there and you will get a response only after 3 days, and then they ask whether you need to service it. And
I do suspect if it was an authorized service center as its not accepting the international warranty.
I think its some third rated service center.
The girl in the receptionist says that it cant accept any other countries warranty.
I believe some thing is wrong with that service center.

do they accept service ...do they accept service without the warranty? how much do you think will cost me? my laptop is dv2690ee and its videocard is broken. my father bought in from a mall somewhere in doha and i dont think it still has the warranty since i kinda open the room for ram to check it and i already reformat it including the recovery partition... will this void the warranty?
