Owner of the Building
Dear Members,
I am seeing lot of rental ads in this forum, asking for one year rentals as advance...
same time, I have seen some ppls had bitter experience with the agent / so-called owner of the building suddenly vanished and end upwith problems or the agent's contract with the original owner of the building is terminated etc....(The tenanat ending up with the lose of their rental money paid in advance for the year and pushed for an immediate quit)...
how to check / ensure the right owner / authorized agent for the building...
any suggetstion / advise...
