Iam Peter Pereira from Goa India age 32 working in qatar as acccounts assistant.

Goa! ...hmmm! lovely place! party everyday :) I like Goa very much, we've been there last July and because we hardly have rain here in Middle East my kids appreciated the rains.

The accused is in police custody now..

Either they will cut off their head... or they will cut off their hand.. or may be they will cut off the 'weapon' which he used to do this crime...
So no rape cases at all...
