Clueless in Qatar

Hey everyone, long time since I last posted anything. Anyways, I am hoping somebody can help me on something here in Qatar. Does anyone know whether there is scuba diving or boat fishing here or not? and if the answer is yes, where and how do you arrange for such an activity?

I hear there is a few man ...I hear there is a few man made reefs out by Sealine Beach Resort. When my gear arrives i will be looking for some dive buddies if you are interested.
