HI NFH ...On a cooler clear night I love the Almourjan Balhammbar Rest. right on the Corniche! The view is amazing...on a hot afternoon, the buffet at the Marriott, sitting forever to make sure I get my moneys worth.
Never have tried, but have heard it is wonderful is the buffet at Sharq Village, I think it is /-a-t-/ Al Liwan.
Would LOVE to see a camel race!!...Or even watch early morning workouts/training, if there is such a thing.

notfromhere ....Molokhia ...I help mom in cooking it. I chop the leaves as finely as possible, I use "makhrata" - a traditional curved knife with two handles, it works like a cutter or knife- and I fry the garlic too!
Phewww, too much work for me, but I devour it all!
