women boxing or kickboxing classes in Doha?
Hello,
I wonder if it's possible for women to learn boxing or kickboxing. My endurance and muscles are really useless at the moment and this sounds like much more fun than standing on a treadmill and going nowhere.
Where could I go to, do I need to join a club or just take lessons (with other people), and what costs would be connected to that? I'm not really interested in a club with pool and other facilities I won't use anyway.

just checked out what I thought was the Apire website but there's no information on sports classes there. I suppose it is this one? http://www.aspire.qa... ? What would the costs there be and do I need to become a member of Aspire as well as paying for classes or how does it work?

You just need to become a ...You just need to become a member at aspire, no extra charges for the classes.
Best way would be to visit Sun-Thurs during the evening. You will find the class schedule leaflets at the reception and also the membership forms etc.

Oh, I did treadmill, ...Oh, I did treadmill, crosstrainer and all the other stuff in the past but it's so boring, even with good podcasts. Either I want to go outside to work on my endurance or do a sport where I can reach a goal other than to manage training 5 minutes longer at the same spot. It's just boring.

Lord, yes, exercising by ...Lord, yes, exercising by oneself is about as much fun as having a root canal. I need peer pressure, someone screaming at me and a latte with friends afterwards in order to sweat. That's why I go to Aspire.
