Doha Sport Streets:-)
Well, after seeing everyday accidents mostly due to HIGH SPEED... I have named the all the streets in Doha as Sport Streets... coz every day I see cars racing up and down/ left and right ... enjoy these photos of after effects of racing event yesterday :-) (Airport Road)

hmm ...just 2nite awhile ago when i was on the shamaal road i saw a car flipped guess what..it was a woman diver..with her husband and a child..Thanks to Allah ol were safe..

Them was ...actually I Knew them well. just another rocky try to showed the drive skill, the radar didn't worked for them, if you see in his QID in MOI, you'll be socked, the money listed in for violation
Was.. I told them someday you will learn something, now he learn...but I'm sure will try another until last.

Oryx.... worst this is that this accident happend on the ...Airport Road... If you remove the airport boundary wall, this road is just next to the runway ... What impression you are giving to those coming to Doha 1st time? even from the areoplane (while landing or takeoff) the passengers can see these accidents ....
Not to forget Airport road is the worst street in Doha for these kinds of accidents. Since I live in this area I witness EVERYDAY 1 - 2 accidents on this road....

Yes it is still there and other three cars they moved ...in the parking infront of (DHL).... worst part is that if you see the last pic... they (could be police recovery) left the Altima half outside the street .... why they cannot move it in the proper parking? see the 1st and the last pic...

Just this morning in Home ...Just this morning near Home center in jaidah, a volswagen car bumped into the boundary steel rod, just to avoid hitting the landcruiser in their front with young qatari drivers... my gosh! qatar... qatar... qatar....

the silver car hit form ...the silver car hit form behind is actually my car...there was no racing involved...just a qatari thinking he was driving the bat mobile on the left lane....he didnt notice break lights and signal lights...thankfully no one was hurt....
in my 20years in the UK i have never seen crashes like this, never mind being involved in one...much needs to be done about how they give licenses away in this country!!
distance between the car infront of you should be at least 2 seconds...he who breaks the 2 second rule...is a real FOOL!! (thats what my AA Driving instructor taught me)

Enough! ...Lets seriously begin a public campaign(instead of the uneffective police campaign) that demands a stop to this kind of stupidity on public roads in qatar. The campaign would see huge numbers of the expat population demand severe police intervention and harsher penalties to aggressive drivers as well as a call line to report aggressive drivers. Enforcement is the key and Qatar Police dont seem to have the testicular fortitude to take some serious, forceful, effective action. The campaign would also fight to have locals (even Royal Family) be given the same treatment. That power must be given to the police. So who agrees to this?

accidents record ... ...Luckily u guys havent heard about the record of the accidents in my area (Muntazah)...A small intersection looks safe ... but weekly two to three accidents !!! Stop sign hardly seen and other side car in top speed ...
Guess a new member crossed the road unknowingly ?? have grown there all my life and they have never ever put a speed breaker there ... Even the Arabs jokes that these ppl wud never put one up !! Cops come there daily and still sometimes never know the place if u have an accident !!
Just last morning horrible accident happened ... heard both ppl taken to hospital !!
