No more fines for idiots
One would think that after the trade-minister got killed by some idiotic driver they would start cracking down on such idiots.
Here a simple solution to help them figure out how to teach those that got their drivers license with a loaf of bread at the carrefour how to drive.
NO MORE FINES - they don't care, its peanuts.
This works
1st serious violation - 1 day jail
2nd serious violation - 3 days jail
3rd serious violation - 7 days jail
etc etc
After being raped in the ass by a horny inmate they will start thinking about driving properly.

I asked if they enjoyed the rape, and they told me I watch too much TV & movies.

There are more jails here, and yes.. one is a good facility. I have a Paki friend who got send there for a 2 years sentence, but after a month or so he was transferred to the other jail..... not so cool.

Maaaaaaan, ...I just got a traffic violation sticker at Landmark. I don't know what it says because it's in freaking Arabic.. but the car (Landcruiser) that was parallel parked in front of me when I left it there was there when I got back- and no ticket... oh, and I'd slipped into someone else's space when they were leaving.
To add insult to injury, I had one rammed up my backside (metaphorically, ofcourse,) as I was trying to stick to the speed limit leaving town.
