Artificial Shortage of 1BHK Apartments

Is it just me or everybody is experiencing it..

I feel that an artificial shortage of 1 Bedroom Hall kitchen (1BHK) apartments has been created by the real estate companies. Almost all of the 1BHK apartments in the city are fully furnished and are prized exorbitantly. If the base rent is calculated at 4500 per month the rent of the furniture come to about 1500 – 2000 per month.

I say this is day light robbery..

Its is 100% true Iam searching for 1bhk but not able to find with a resonable budget.

Rent a 2 bed.

the classified section of Qatar living has a lot of 1BHK ads but all of it furnished..

and if the choice is between a 2 Bed and fully furnished 1 bed.. then the one bed option is better.. (atleast less cleaning to do)

The real issue here is the budget..

1BHK is not a concept in Doha, it is available with Hotel apartments for Single Executives only, off course fully furnished. Commercially it is beneficial for real estate companies. Who cares about individuals here. Go buy a 2BHK unfurnished, rent out to your friend or colleague and live happily.
