We all know the meaning of frank and honest. These words go hand-in-hand by the way. We have to be frank and honest all the time.
If we are frank, it is a mean way of tellihg the truth. But to tell the truth is also honesty.
So, /-a-t-/Ms Jen, I think being frank is basically same thing as being honest. It is only the approach that matters. If you approach a person in a mean way, it is being rude. On the other hand if you approach a person in a polite manner of speach, it is a show of tactful consideration of the feeling of others.
