QTEL STAFFS SUCKS
DEAR EVERYONE,
I HAVE A VERY BAD NEWS FOR ALL THE expatriates. I SAW ONE GUY LAST NIGHT AT QTEL MUSHEIRAB BRANCH AROUND 1.00 AM, HE WAS THERE TO CHANGE HIS TELEPHONE ADDRESS WITH HIS WIFE AND KID. HE FORGOT TO TAKE HIS ID AND HE HAD TO GO BACK TO BRING IT. IN HIS SECOND VISIT HE PROVIDED ALL THE DOCUMENTS BUT THIS OLD DISGUSTING GUY WHO WORKS IN THAT BRANCH IN THE NIGHT TOLD THIS PERSON THAT THE ELECTRICITY NUMBER IS WRONG. AND HE SHOWED THE GUY A PICTURE OF THE ELECTRICITY NUMBER AND ASKED HIOM TO TAKE A PICTURE AND COME BACK. SO THE GUY WENT BACK AND CAME WITH THE PICTURE. THEN THIS OLD BLOODY GUY IS TELLING HIM NOT THIS NUMBER, TAKE THE A PHOTO OF QTEL NUMBER. THEN THE GUY STARTED ARGUING WITH THE OLD DONKEY (WHO IS TELLING HIS NAME IS HASSAN. HE HASKED THE OLD DONKEY'S NAME, THEN THE DONKEY SAID COME OUT, HE WENT OUT SIDE AND SAID NOW GET OUT AND DO WHATENER YOU CAN, MY NAME IS HASSAN, THEN TH EPOOR GUY TOOK A PICTURE OF HIME TO SHOW IT TO THE SUPERIORS. THEN SUDDENLY HE STARTED ATTACKING THE GUY. THE GUY JUST AVOIDED THE ATTACK. IF HE ATTACK BACK THEN THE OLD GUY MUST HAVE BEEN IN THE HOSPITAL FOR SURE. BUT HE DIDNT. BECAUSE IF AN EXPAT HIT A GUY IN QATAR, THE POLICE WILL SCREW HIS LIFE. BUT AN ARABI BEAT AN EXPAT THEN THERE IS NO PROBLEM AT ALL.
QTEL DIRECTORS AND SUPERIORS TAKE ACTION AGAINST THIS FILTHY INCIDENT. TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE OLD BASTARD WHO WORKS AT QTEL MUSHEIRAB BRANCH IN THE NIGHT TIME. SORRY TO SAY THAT QTEL SUCKSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS.
THESE KIND OF STAFFS SHOULD BE BANISHED AND GIVEN THE SAUDI PUNISHMENT.
DEAR EXPAT BROTHERS, PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU WORK WITH QTEL STAFF.

sorry to know abt that but ...sorry to know abt that but according to me that old guy is very nice .. i hv meet him many time and he did help me in a very nice way..i didnt hd any prblm dealing / talking with him..maybe that nite he (old guy) had a house , wife or maybe kids prblm which usually as a human every1 hv sometimes thats y he reacted like that..

even i have a handful of incidents to write in but that would b a waste of time!!!!!!! bottom line these ppl will not improve.
my sugesstion whoever experienced this incident call the customer service get a fax number for the manager of customer service and just fire up a letter to them.
i fired up a fax to these ppl with all the possible insulting i could do(i used a very strong voucab and i assumed that they didnt understood it very well since they didnt took any action)may be they just read the subject of the letter to know what the complaint is all about.
i hope and pry that voda doesnt turn's out like them
i do hope they do maintain an international level of costumer service in doha tooo...
