Dear Friend
I got job offer from doha few days back and my employer is paying me 4500 QRS against HRA without any terms that he will pay advance payment of six month against my rent house.
As per my information from my friend in dubai all of them is telling advance payment for six month is also required in doha for rented house as in dubai.
Friends, could you please give the clear picture,Is advance payment condition for six month is also applicable in Doha in rented house and also would like to know, Is the employer is paying for that.
Your prompt reponse in this matter will be highly appreciated.

fanaa it depends. But if you are looking for a accomodation in the range of of QR4500 I hope nobody will ask 6 months advance. If you go for above QR 7000 then you will have a seperate flat. And there is a chance that the owner will ask 6 month rent in advance. Normally they prefer post dated cheques.

You can get a 1BHK seperate in the range of QR4000-4500.

I can help you if you want, actually I am renting my flat it is one bedroom with kitchen and bathroom for only 3800 Qr.
