I have received 3 similar emails ...All of them are from different ids...The amount differs too but is between 10 to 15 million...I did some googling and found out that these mails originate somewhere in Nigeria.There is a website where you can find out all about such emails...I will post the web id soon...There are couple of warnings I read about in the same website:
1.Don't send any details in whatever form.
2.If contacted,please tell them that you have gone to the police and they are scutinizing the mail id etc.
3.This is a part of a much bigger fraud...
I remember only these...Will post the id asap.

Hello all, ...We know it is a fraud, but the best thing the received should do is ignore it. By responding, the sender will know he has got your curiosity.
What got me laughing is that normally the sender sends it to a single email not multiple like what this clown has done. And he/she has send dozens today.
Don't be surprised, some one of the receipents may even respond to his mail.
