phone line in shared apartment

hi, i just moved to Qatar, and i finally got myself a house, i want to get adsl internet, but i have to get a phone line form Q-tell first, i was wondering, because i live in a semi shared apartment (its one big apartment, split into a small flat, and studio, i got the studio, however, they are registered as one, since the electricity bill is divided 70 to 30 %, me getting the 30 percent of-course) am i able to register for a phone line and satellite with this type of accommodation i am in, or no ?
also can i put work pobox or does it have to be home, and finally which one of the packages to do recommend for internet

your responses are greatly appreciated

You can get the phone line on your name and you can use you office P.O. Box No. There is a new package available at Q-Tell these days . go and Check with them.

ok thats good to know, thanks, i regularly check qtel website, and i found the mosaic service the best for my needs, however many members here complained about it, any advice on that ?
