I have awarded the Excavation, transportation and disposing the excavated material plus the dewatering.

I have awarded all the civil work related to the mosques on the West bay, Bani hajer and Rayyan, i.e. Krebs works, Interlock and asphalt

I was employed as General Supervisor for the all the activities related to the Erath work, i.e. cut, fill, embankment fill, rock fill and subgrade fill.
On June 2006 I have been recommended by the consultants (WS ATKINS) and our Client ( Gamuda-WCT JV , Dukhan highway project ) to take over the Project Manager Position .
Based on that recommendation I have been empowered by my Management to become the Project Manager.
My Duties was to take care of the satisfaction of our client and the supervision firm.

- Coordinating and meeting with company's clients.
- Following up material procurement.
- Following up Correspondence with clients.
- Pricing & Costing for earth wok projects.
- Following up and supervising site installation.
- Preparing projects schedule of works using Primavera Project Planner.
