Survey seems to be worded so that we give a pat on the back to traffic department and police..

Actually there should be 2 surveys; one for citizens and one for expatriates. Because sometimes, what applies here doesn't apply there. (Like arrogance that leads to traffic law violations)

Not only citizens, but I have also seen police men wearing their official uniforms but driving their private cars, commit violations such as talking on the mobile phone or driving on the pedestrian pavements to escape traffic jams

interesting survey, I wonder if they'll actually read the (other, please specify) blocks of innovative ideas I wrote to them, including pulling over stupid drivers and beating them with sticks lol.
kidding, I use the hectic driving to my advantage here, but I still wonder why that sign at the ministry was all in hindi :(

the three main points that everyone wanted to see in this survey are 1) Road ethics of nationals 2) Lack of roads :) 3) Baises of traffic department

Done. I hope they will implement half of the suggestions I made!

Tailgating and flashing the high beams spread horror on the road. I wish they learn some driving ethics and understand traffic rules as roads are made for all.

Good point deedee. I was just focusing on Road Safety design forgot to mention the precious loose human cargo in the vehicles :)

Done, its a constructive survey. Hope some of the drivers adopt good driving habits and avoid aggressive driving. The traffic department should keep an eye on aggressive drivers.
