Renting Papers Required
Dear All,
This is to let you take care about legal papers required to have accommodation in your names, as I have faced a lot of problems because lack of information.
Anyone who offers accommodation must have legal papers authorized him to rent or re-rent others from the Owner of the building and also the contract has to be signed by the authorized signatory not manager signature
Papers as follows:
1- Contract or lease between the Owner and the person or the company renting for you.
2- CR of the company that is giving you the lease and receining your checks where it shows who is the authorized signatory and the official stamp of the company
3- If the contract is signed by another name which is not in the CR he has to have authorized letter from the CR authorized person
4- The lease contract has to mention that the lease is under the conditions of the Qatari Law
