inccreasing the rates AGAIN !!!

Hi all,
Today I was getting the new update of the materials, steel get increased 400QR per Ton! Don’t know when it’s going to stop or controlled by some body that have the power or authorities!
In addition Cement's price will be increased 1 QR (one Riyal only) per pack on February 2008 ,that’s mean 5 Riyals in 3 years!!
I believe that is why all the contractors in here are suffering, losing and behind schedule

From my observation fromlast two years in doha and abce history of doha all market price will peak in april month then goes down.If you r doing construction business in doha then time ti stock all material for 4 month .let see what up in comming april.thnks

i think that i am the bad guy here updating you with all bad news about the rates !

this month steel pirce per ton will be increased by 7% of the actuall new price according to the local market ! so am woundering is it worthy now ? by August 2008 all the contracts will be under the FEDX terms and conditions !! :)
