A product would be most cheap in a country where it is manufactured.
Since most of the hardware except the drives are (fabricated/manufactured )made in Taiwan (China - disputed terrority). While most of the drives HDD & CD/DVD are made in S.Korea.
So how come Dubai became the cheapest place to buy computer/Mob.Phones/Electronics?
Any product made in Dubai would be cheap....which is...uuumm...aaa..let me guess.....

The answer is... ofcourse... DUBAI itself...
Bcoz it has an OPEN PORT... Most of the products r very much CHEAPER than available here in QATAR...
Last month when i visited DUBAI...
Just Bought 8 GB Pen Drive which only cost me 120 AED...
Where as in QATAR it will cost u around 260 QR...
