Generally, sponsor change ...is only possible after 12 months' service with current sponsor. There may be special exceptions but I'm not aware of any.

Tough ...I guess you cannot change your job without an NOC from your sponsor .
Best way for you ,would be to look for jobs in Bahrain , UAE and Oman
in the same field as you presently in now .
Look up www.baytjobs.com and keep buying gulfnews newspaper for looking for jobs in uae .
visas are 1 year but renewed every 1 year by sponsor .

After one year immigration ...After one year immigration allows to change the sponsarship.
It happens only when your present company gives release .
i yr visa is not a matter for you as long as your company wants to extend it.
