Kabayan…..tanong lang kung ilang months makaka balik dito sa qatar ang misis ko ,kung sakili mag resign sya.up to now
surname pa nya ang ginagamit nya sa passport.meron bang way na makaka balik sya
kung change passport sya sa pinas under my surname.Hindi kasi kaya under my
sponsorship,maliit lang sahod ko.

Sana meron pang alternative way para maka balik siya at
makalipat ng former company nya.(no released)

Thanks in advance …

God bless you all

She can come back to Qatar anytime as long as under your sponsorship...i think 4,500QR minimum salary, you can sponsor your wife....if below, minsan pwedeng pakiusapan ang boss to make a letter with that salary amount....some friends did it and it works.

With regards to no NOC, i don't have an idea....sorry....

With regards to change of Passport labas pa rin previous records mo due to your finger prints.

Better ask your boss if they could give you a letter, stating higher salary para ma- sponsor mo wife mo.

This time kc if you are on a family visa and working kailangan paregister ka sa Labor if not me multa ang company mo ng 9,000QR.

Bro sorry for my ignorance, But I need some clarification, I don't know if my case have some relation with this "MULTA" that you have just mentioned here. I used to work in abu Dhabi, UAE and recently just transferred here in Qatar with a new employer.

In this case, do you think that I need to register in Labor too since I just transferred and signed a new contract and literally my employment record in POEA ain't updated too right? Is it mandatory/obligatory for me to be registered and declare myself to the POEA authority that I'm a former Abu Dhabi based OFW? and if not sa tingin mo ba pagmumultahin din ba kaya ang new employer ko because I didn't informed them (POEA) about the transfer and my new working status. Thank you mga kabayan... Anybody who is kind enough to reply to my inquiry will be highly appraciated.

even if she change passports...don't forget the finger printing procedure here.....meron akong kilala na nag change din ng passport due to marriage, na detect din thru finger printing ang changes na ito and was asked about the NOC from previous company...

Nothing in life is to be feared. It is only to be understood.

mckenzie said 9,000QR fine is to be paid ...

9,000QR fine is to be paid by the company to the CID incase nahuli ang company na me mga empleyado(under family visa) na nagtratrabaho na walang mga kaukulang papeles from Labor(Qatar).  Neil_qp: what i understand from u is concerning your legality as OFW. If u have ur old ID from POEA, new contract and passport, bring it to POLO then register. I think u will spend around 133QR.

chelsea_5706 said noc ...

Working here again w/o NOC from previous company are just rumors. i have a lot of friends na akala pwede yung ganyan but when i ask my father (been working here for 25yrs) hindi raw totoo when he asked his co.'s mandoup (processing agents). so most probably its not true i guess. and its risky when u do that my friend. baka mahuli ka at maka-fine ka pa d mas lalong masaklap. but i'm not working at the labor office, so i might be wrong.dont take my words lahat.im jst telling u its kinda risky.
