nd I also hv a drive of 1 1/2 hours to reach work...

What? 20K? goodluck, kayang kaya yan, Im 98K before and reduced to 76 in summer, 1-2 hours swimming everyday (except friday) in the sea beside intercon hotel and play tennis 3 times a week....mind you, that happened without controlling my food intake in 2 months....true.....but....grrrrr......im 86 now, lamig kasi....kainis
