Differentiate ...You have to differentiate between salaries of Qataris and foreignors as the expatriates get 2 to 3 or more times as much as a Qatari!

Worst Company in Qatar ...MZ AND PARTNERS is one of this. Gratuity pay is not given to employees and I heard they go to vacation every two years all engineers and architects. SAME like the workers. If this is true I can't believe that this is how they treat employee because they ahve good name in the industry

MZ nad Partners ...heard that at MZ Partners many philipinos go for vacation and nevr go back to qatar because of this treatment from sad to say lebanese bosses. That's why maybe after 1 year no philipino will be on this company and maybe they will close soon. I have friend philipino that they tell this to the philipine embasy and is now under investigation because the contract in the philipines is not the same here in qatar. Maybe MZ Partners for now is on the watchlist now in there country. Qatar Labor should take acion on ersponsible company in qatar because they are very dependent on expat so they should take a look at their laws

Either, you finish your contract or you resign!! ...We were not forced to come to Qatar. No gun on our head. We read, agreed and signed the contract before flying 7k++ miles away from our country. The only reason we are complaining because after few months, we were able to meet friends working with big companies like QP, Qatargas, etc.. and we will realize,and will say, "pak[Mod Removed]! Why like this? Sem-sem work, too much difference on salaries!" And to think, that they are only working 8-10hrs a day. Hehehe! Sorry for us!

True that you were not ...True that you were not forced. But while coming to Qatar they say that the company has a very good culture and when you join there they show there true color. I work for an Irish Company near Family Food Centre for last few years. It has the same culture. It sucks. I work daily for 12-15 hrs and my boss who is from my state only (Kerala, India) asks us to stay till 9-9.30 PM in office. He asks to come on holidays also. He is getting promotions based on our work.

I agree with you Itsucks... ...As I observed, majority, if not all of Qatari owned companies here are being run by...sorry...Indians. Some are by Lebanese or Egyptians. And look, they really apply pressure to their subordinates to work hard (12hrs or more) even on holidays without getting overtime pay. Yeah, right it's because Im being paid FFOT. But, hey, if we're going to read the Labor Law, its really good eh. Too good to be true. It really sucks to work 12hrs during Ramadan period without OT. Worse, companies are sending out memoranda signed by GMs saying their people should work only 6hrs during that period and the succeeding number of hours will be charged overtime. But sorry, it's only in the paper. To avoid of being attacked by my own heart... hehehe.. Im just contenting myself of what I've signed while waiting for another 'promise' of HUGE increment come January. BTW, those who worked 7yrs in my company got QR50 increase last year.

KENTZ Engineering ...KENTZ Engineering also does not follow the labour law of Qatar Government. They do not have any policies for not staying late everyday in office. If you have any job offer from this company pl. don't join it and make others also aware. We are already in mess and want to go elsewhere. They are killing us. Pl. help us if you have any contacts in the Qatar government. Many people have already left.

The award should goes to the ...The award should goes to the advertising company that I knew somewhere In salwa. They don’t follow or apply the office policy, the guys there work hard And I see they are very good designers and yet they only receive very low salary And worse they always received their delayed salary and take note partial payment every Month! Long hours of work without overtime pay. Wheew!! Most of the staff left already that company coz of the Bad situation there.. bad management and bad treatment to its employee. Imagine there is No HR, No secretary, Nothing… only two staff ! sometimes they make them as teaboys of its Blood sucking manager. I hope those 2 guys there will find a deserving good company soon:(

Qatar Government ...Qatar government should take action and show some effort in trying to apprehend irresposible companies. This country is dependent on expatriates so they should act to protect the workers. They have laws about employment but are they monitoring these companies?

BAD ...this company looks very good outside but once you are already attached or working with them the hell u are now. they based their salary offer by nationality. so if your filipino/nepali/indians they will just give u 1500 amonth. it cant cover your expences and other expences to send to your country. no increment no salry bonuses. etc etc ony flat rate 1500 a month. so please dont work in this company.

Worst Companies in Qatar ...Guys,,, I think it would be helpful to me and other hopefuls who wants to work in Qatar to name such companies anyway they can't trace who we are.I was just interviewed a while ago by a representative fro MZ & Partners consultancy and engineering, and so after reading your comments here, I changed my mind of getting the offer.This has been informative.Thanks to all....God Bless ...
