as far as i know, you don't ...as far as i know, you don't have to be a Muslim to wear an abaya.. my mom used to work in Jeddah and there, whenever they go out, they had to wear the abaya...

You should look at the two sides of the coin ...Aside from looking at the behavior of your boss, you may also need to check on your disposition at work, your everall work persona - dessing up, ethics, attitudes and beahvior. (No offense meant) but some bosses, men in general gather all their guts from the victim employees themselves. When men felt their staff are easy preys, give them the courage to move.
Proper dressing (now this is what i call real power dressing), good nature, proper language at conversation at work enhance respect from our bosses.
This is my share of advice for you.

Check urself... ...Since you said you worked in "lots" of compaines and same problem, better check your movies, may be unknowing you are inviting them to abuse you.
Keep proper distance with boss and object when anyone does something which you dont like or you call abuse, if the person still continue go to cops.
Atleast the boss will learn lesson and will not do it to others like you.

It is normal in these days everywhere in the world. Boss needs something different also from their female staff especially secretary. Except of you, I should say other girls also facing the same thing but the outcome is that others girls either accept their needs or just ignore it

ohhh god , i was in the same ...ohhh god , i was in the same situation ,it wasnt sexuel ,but he was harassing me with sms and every week end he invited me to dinner to his house and sometimes he wanted to come to my house ,and all the time i tried to find an excuse, i was sick and because of him i forgot ti live my life ,but one day i couldn`t take it any more ,so one time when he was in my office asking me for a lunch ,i said listen i cant go with you..i wont go to your house and you wont come to my house,and i said a lot of bad things to him that i cant tell you , i was so Angry at Myself because i didnt insult him from the beginning.

If you think your boss is going beyond the boundary. I think it's proper to tell them out right that it's not proper to do such things. If they won't listen, then report them to your HR or proper authority.
