Saan Maganda Bumili ng Condo sa Maynila?

Instead of buying condo, why dont you build your own house? As far as I know (correct me if im wrong)building will last only up to maximum of 20yrs, meaning after 20yrs your investment will be gone.

balak mo bang bumili don robert..mdami naman sa manila kaso lang pag and2 ka wala ka mganda mapipili mabulaklak na salita lang ang mapapala mo sa mga ngsales talk na yan pagsisihan mo lang din mas mabuti pang bumili ka ng sarili mong lupa at choice mo kung ano bahay ang ippatayo mo.. opinyon lang naman.. dati gusto ko din yan condo na yan pero may fren ako na pag kakita nya sa condo nabili nya since andito din siya nadisappointed siya sa pag kakagawa neto so un lang naman... sa batangas naman madami bnbenta ah.. tahimik pa...

personally, i agree with them... you should buy a Lot in a accessible and good subdivision in Q.C. marami doon. at good investment din ito.. consider mo na rin as a Retirement benefits as an OFW in the near future... choice mo pa ang design ng house.

Mr. E, maraming condo sa makati & d' Fort are (Mckinley, etc). Check online for realestate agency/company na may project onthat area..
Don Robert, check for location muna kc mrami nman realestate developer sa atin eh. Kung gusto mo bandang southside(Laguna, Cavite, Batanggas) pwede mo i-check websites nila tapos ask ur relatives in Pinas for occular visits, marami nmang agents s'atin ngcconduct ng "tripping" -libre po ito & enjoy magtripping kc kita mo ung ibat-ibang house models....
Like what they said, mas mainam ang H&L kc pwede k magpa extend/renovate w/o hassles sa kpitbahay -unlike condo, & mahirap ang maintenance (some condos, not all) lalo n kung under maintenance ang elevator -hirap kya umakyat.

I went to 3 trippings when i'm on vacay last yr & decided to buy H&L -wla man akong ipon d2 /-a-t-/least i've invested it wisely (a home for my family)

Good luck sa house/condo hunting & bon voyage sa nalalapit mong vacay (inggit mode/homesick...)

take note lang don robert, pag condo, wala kang parking space. additional payment yon para may sarili kang parking space. yung maintenance ng building ay dapat mo rin alamin bago ka bumili.

kung short term investment lang, ok na yan condo. pero kung long term, mas mainam na yung house and lot.

Try Cityland Towers Realty. We bought 2 condo units last quarter last year. it's a big compound somewhere in santolan, pasig. in the compound there is 4 condo buildings with 8th floors each and 20 units per floor. just a small one though. ranging from 1M and above. 1 is our unit and 1 is for lease.

the condo buildings or compound is in the middle of SM Marikina and Robinsons Galleria (the nearest mall on the other side). There are tricycle line outside the compound going either to Amang Rodriques (formerly Manggahan Road) or Santolan LRT Station which is also near SM Marikina and Marcos Hiway.

on the main highway of Amang Rodriguez there is Mcdonalds, Ever Supermart for 24 hours, Chowking, 7-11, Banks, Monterey, Petron Gas Station, Andoks Lechon Manok :), and a lot more. 2 jeepney rides and youre already in Robinsons Galleria.
