Please help me to get my money back!!!!!!!!
Hey friends, I am in trouble to get back my refundable security deposit I had given to the real estate company called BEAMS AND COLUMNS. They ask me to vacate the room within a week time, which I did but not paying back my money.
Please tell me where's the office of Rental Dispute, and what's the timing? Please share your views on how I can get the money back?

(ask any karwa driver... if they dont know... then tell them to take u to taxi hotel) and u will see a huge park... formerly a public park now its the council for rental disputes so u can get some assistance there.... i hope... but do take documents to prove ur point.

Thanks buddy!!! ...Yes, I will do that, number of poor people got cheated by this one man. Now he started challenging the people by not giving back their hard earned money. It seems rules are not made for all here. Our fellow Indian doing this then what we can expect from others?

Yes, I do! ...I have a receipt of both deposits, one is for whole month rent and other one is for water and electricity.

The comments given are not correct.... ...Beams and columns is a reputed company in Doha...The people working in the company are professionals and are very cooperative. They are reachable at any point of time in case if someone has any dispute..

This Company is a No.One fraud! ...I know this fraud Company "BEAMS AND COLUMNS CONSTRUCTION & REAL ESTATE". The owner called Sajith Radhakrishnan (CEO of the stupid company) Ph No 5208496 & 5145331. I & my friends also have the same experience 6 month before. I fight against him after some time I get back the money. If you have proper records, register a complaint against them on Rental Dispute & police. This is the time to react, because I heard that they are cheated lot of people already.

Iam Hanif, working with M/s Beams and Columns Construction W.L.L for last 3 years as a Field Staff. Actually this posting does not deserve an answer like this, but being a human being, I should be little bit thankful to my employer, so you can consider this one as my answer for this posting.
This posting has done by Mr. SHAJI VARGHESE, according to his argument, he was a tenant in our property and he is working with M/s KEO INTERNATIONAL CONSULTANTS. His mobile number is 6866820. In these postings he has used two names one is ZULU-QATAR and second one is SHAJIV, you can go through his track and check details. Iam coming to my point, this person is not holding any agreement with our company. These details we already informed to Cyber cell of Qatar police and we are going to approach the sponsor of M/s KEO INTERNATIONAL CONSULTANTS to inform these all.
The second person is Mr. SAMEER KANETKAR you can check in his track, his mobile number is 6876465. His situation also same, he is not holding any agreement. Iam here with wish to inform you that, the people, who are staying in the properties without agreement with the intention to cheat the landlords by nonpayment of rent, always their fate will be like this.
And hereby I wish to inform you that, if you have any complaints against us, at any time my company officials and I are ready to come anywhere, even to Capital Police station or Rent Dispute Committee. You can call in my mobile number: 5145331. And I request Qatar living to moderate this kind of postings properly.

Genuine company ...Beams and columns is a good company and not fraud as mentioned by you all...they are professionals in their work and very cooperative...Sincere request to you all not to post any comments about any company which may affect the image of the company...If you have any problems or dispute just call them and the same will be resolved immediately...
