there is alot of nice spa ...there is alot of nice spa in 5 star hotel. you relax and unwind. also one thing to relax is by learning new technique of cooking, try to get some classes from culinary school. dont ask me where but it just an idea. or you can go drive in sanddunes. rent 4X4 car and drive like maniac...
